“America Marches Ahead” limited edition hand-signed framed print by Norman Rockwell. Limited edition of 200 prints; this is number 64/200.
A compelling and patriotic piece originally created for the cover of The Saturday Evening Post on May 14, 1941. The image shows a strong, symbolic parade of American progress - featuring soldiers, industrial workers, and allegorical figures moving forward in unity. It’s considered one of his more serious and historical works, done just before the U.S. entered World War II. Rockwell died in 1978. He was careful about what he signed and worked closely with authorized printmakers. These prints are collectible and increasingly scarce.
