Vintage Norman Cherner dining set by Plycraft, purchased in the 1960s. Best known for his iconic molded plywood chair, Cherner mastered the balance of form and function—and this dining set is a perfect example of his design legacy. Crafted in the 1950s–60s, the ergonomic chairs feature the instantly recognizable curving lines and sculptural profile that made Cherner’s work a staple of modern design. Even unmarked, the craftsmanship, materials, and design language clearly speak to its authentic heritage.

One-owner home. Mainly used as a card table. Included are protective table pads that were used on the top and also two (2) leaves. Overall this set is in very good vintage condition. One chair was braced underneath (see last pic). This set serves as a stunning, functional piece of art!
